- Listing appears immediately upon landlord online registration. Emailed photos as well as listings sent via mail or fax will be updated with 24 hours of receipt of payment or your listing for that month is free.
- Registered landlords have access to valuable links such as by-laws, current newspaper articles regarding the student housing industry and the OSR news letter.
