How do I list my property?

Go to the landlord page and click on REGISTER HERE. Fill out all of the necessary fields about yourself and your rental property. Once you have completed this process you will simply enter in your credit card information, when you are prompted, on a secure site. Your listing appears on the site immediately.

How do I get photos with my listing?

All listings include the upload of photos, if provided by the landlord. However, if you wish for an OSR representative to take photos the one time fee is $19.99. These photos are kept on file for future listings. If you email us the photos we prefer them to be 640 x 480 in jpg or psd format.

How do I edit my listing?

Each landlord has access to their own listing. Use the username/password combination that you chose when you signed up to login and edit your listing.
